2018 - 2022

 

After studying audiovisual arts, Rodolphe embarked on a career in the film industry and became a cinematographer. In addition to his professional projects, he developed a passion for photography.

His 2018 journey took him from Laos to Moscow, passing through China, Mongolia, and Siberia. In 2022, he traveled to Colombia, Brazil, and the central United States. He returned with a collection of photographs that form the basis of the series. The interpretation of these photographs is twofold.

Initially, the viewer is drawn to the shapes, textures, and play of light, and then seeks to identify the subject. Within five triptychs, a diptych, and a self-portrait, the sublime and the mundane intertwine.
